Between Sustainism Initiatives (STNSM) and O2OESG
Pursuant to the STNSM Regional Charter and its mandate as a regional institutional mechanism operating under a multi-stakeholder and intergovernmental cooperation framework, Sustainism Initiatives (STNSM) hereby formally declares its strategic partnership with O2OESG Co., Ltd. as its designated private sector coordination partner for the Kingdom of Thailand.
This partnership reflects STNSM’s commitment to advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through structured, transparent, and impact-driven collaboration with entities possessing demonstrated capacity in sustainable business transformation, particularly within the private sector ecosystem.
Recognising that the private sector constitutes a critical engine for the implementation of sustainable development policies and economic transition strategies, STNSM hereby appoints O2OESG as its Official Strategic Private Sector Partner in Thailand, responsible for supporting the coordination, facilitation, and execution of STNSM’s programmes within the national context.
Designation and Scope of Cooperation
The designation of O2OESG is grounded in its proven expertise, operational capacity, and deep understanding of the Thai business landscape, which directly aligns with STNSM’s core mission to accelerate sustainability integration across economic and business ecosystems.
Under this strategic partnership, O2OESG shall serve as the primary operational interface for STNSM in Thailand, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Coordinating and supporting the expansion of sustainability partnership networks at the national level, acting as the central liaison between STNSM and the private sector;
- Facilitating the implementation of sustainability programmes, initiatives, and forums under the STNSM framework, including activities related to the Climate Action Forum and associated platforms;
- Leading communication, media outreach, and public engagement strategies to enhance awareness and participation in sustainability-driven business transformation;
- Mobilising and engaging an extensive network of businesses, ranging from SMEs to large enterprises, with a demonstrated reach exceeding 30,000 business entities across Thailand.
Institutional Capacity and Strategic Value
STNSM acknowledges and affirms that O2OESG possesses significant strengths in the following areas:
- Advanced capabilities in programme management and private sector engagement;
- Strategic communication and sustainability-oriented media deployment;
- Comprehensive understanding of ESG integration and sustainable business practices within the Thai economic context.
In line with this framework, STNSM shall rely upon the operational resources and coordination capacity of O2OESG to support the effective delivery of its mandate within Thailand, ensuring alignment with international sustainability standards and measurable impact outcomes.
