Sustainability Advantage for Profitable Growth through Leadership in SCP

Stnsm.org is the official SDG Custodian Mechanism under AFMA, an intergovernmental organization established by UNESCAP and FAO, to accelerate sustainable development through SCP (Sustainable Consumption and Production). We work with governments, private sector leaders, and investors across the Asia-Pacific to turn sustainability into a competitive advantage, drive profitable growth, and unlock global investment in sustainable enterprises.

CSCAP

Capital Forum

The Forum for Sustainable Consumption and Production

CSCAP serves as a high-level international platform that repositions sustainability from a cost center to a value-generating engine. By operationalizing SCP (Sustainable Consumption and Production) as a lever for sustainable trade, investment mobilization, and green finance access, CSCAP empowers businesses—especially in emerging economies—to translate sustainability performance into revenue growth, investor confidence, and long-term competitiveness. With its strategic focus on connecting policy frameworks, market mechanisms, and private sector action, CSCAP enables sustainability actors to not only meet global standards but to get paid for doing so.

Publication

The CSCAP Publication is the official annual report advancing SCP (Sustainable Consumption and Production) implementation across the Asia-Pacific. It serves as the regional flagship on sustainable economy, finance, and enterprise—designed to catalyze cross-sectoral collaboration and transform sustainability into tangible economic outcomes.

Driven by a multilateral partnership model and published in conjunction with the annual CSCAP Forum hosted at the United Nations ESCAP headquarters in Bangkok, the publication synthesizes proven strategies, recognized business cases, and policy mechanisms that accelerate the sustainable economy. It empowers private sector leaders, governments, and financial institutions to operationalize sustainability through inclusive SCP frameworks—linking trade, investment, and credibility on the global stage.

As the official custodian of SCP collaboration in Asia-Pacific, the CSCAP Publication not only recognizes high-impact actors but also embeds them into a transparent, verifiable disclosure system via stnsm.org, amplifying their visibility for sustainable procurement, green finance, and international partnership opportunities.
