Official Recognition of  S N Service Solutions Public Company Limited as a Sustainable Supplier under the CSCAP–SSA Framework 2026-2027

Dimension 1: Policy

Introduction

S N Service Solutions Public Company Limited, through its circular innovation platform AliveLoop and proprietary material technology Foilymer®, was established with the ambition to transform hard-to-recycle waste into durable industrial value through circular economy innovation, material science, responsible waste recovery, and practical sustainability implementation.

The Company recognizes that one of the most urgent challenges in today’s consumption and production systems is the growing volume of complex packaging waste that cannot be effectively managed by conventional recycling systems. Among these waste streams, post-consumer Multi-Layer Foil Packaging represents one of the most difficult categories. These materials are widely used in food, consumer goods, household products, and industrial supply chains due to their protective performance, lightweight structure, and commercial convenience. However, after use, they are often considered technically difficult, economically unattractive, or commercially unviable to recycle.

As a result, large volumes of Multi-Layer Foil Packaging waste are commonly directed to landfill, incineration, or unmanaged disposal, creating long-term environmental burdens and resource inefficiencies. This reflects a structural gap in the circular economy: materials that serve modern consumption systems efficiently at the point of use often become nearly impossible to recover at the end of life.

AliveLoop was created to close this gap.

AliveLoop is not merely a recycling initiative, but a Circular Industrial Material Platform under S N Service Solutions Public Company Limited that turns impossible waste into industrial value.

Through Foilymer®, the Company transforms post-consumer Multi-Layer Foil Packaging waste into high-performance injection molding compounds that can be used in durable industrial applications. This enables difficult waste streams to move beyond short-life packaging and re-enter the economy as long-life industrial materials used in products such as pallets, spacer blocks, dunnage boards, reusable packaging, construction materials, industrial components, crates, trays, agricultural components, and other functional applications.

This approach reflects a fundamental shift from waste management to material transformation.

AliveLoop does not view hard-to-recycle waste as the final residue of consumption. Instead, the platform redesigns waste as the starting point of a new industrial material value chain. By connecting waste recovery, material science, manufacturing capability, sustainable procurement, and buyer impact documentation, AliveLoop creates a practical pathway for difficult waste to become part of measurable circular economy systems.

The Company further recognizes that sustainability must be commercially usable, technically reliable, and operationally scalable. Circular materials must be capable of serving real manufacturing needs, not merely symbolic environmental claims. Foilymer® is therefore developed as a material platform that supports industrial usability, durability, processability, and product-market application.

As global markets increasingly demand responsible sourcing, recycled content, reduced virgin material dependence, ESG disclosure, Scope 3 engagement, sustainable procurement, and credible circular economy claims, S N Service Solutions Public Company Limited positions AliveLoop as a strategic innovation platform that supports industries in transitioning from linear material consumption toward circular industrial value creation.

Through AliveLoop and Foilymer®, the Company is committed to contributing toward:

circular material innovation,
reduction of hard-to-recycle packaging waste,
industrial utilization of waste-derived materials,
lower dependence on virgin plastic,
sustainable supply chain transformation,

Dimension 3: Sustainability Delivery Process

Operational and Sustainability Implementation Process

S N Service Solutions Public Company Limited, through its circular innovation platform AliveLoop, has designed its sustainability delivery process to transform sustainability from a policy statement into a measurable industrial outcome.

AliveLoop is not merely a recycling initiative, but a Circular Industrial Material Platform that turns impossible waste into industrial value. The platform operates through an integrated waste-to-material-to-product process that connects hard-to-recycle waste recovery with material science, industrial manufacturing, sustainable procurement, and buyer impact documentation.

The Company’s implementation process is built around one clear transformation pathway:

Impossible Waste → Foilymer® Material → Durable Industrial Product → Measurable Circular Impact

This process enables post-consumer Multi-Layer Foil Packaging waste, which is commonly excluded from conventional recycling systems, to be recovered, processed, converted, and reintroduced into the economy as durable industrial materials and products.

Operational Process

The AliveLoop sustainability delivery process consists of the following key stages:

Process StageSustainability FunctionValue Delivered to Buyers
Waste Stream IdentificationIdentification of hard-to-recycle packaging waste, particularly post-consumer Multi-Layer Foil PackagingBuyers gain access to products linked to a difficult waste stream that is rarely addressed by conventional recycling systems
Responsible Waste SourcingCollection and sourcing of post-consumer and post-industrial waste through relevant waste recovery networksBuyers can demonstrate participation in a circular economy pathway that supports waste diversion and resource recovery

Continuous ImprovementOngoing development of formulations, applications, sourcing systems, and impact measurementBuyers benefit from a material platform that can evolve with future sustainability, procurement, and regulatory expectations

The purpose of this process is not only to recycle waste, but to convert difficult waste into a reliable material pathway that buyers can use, explain, and report.

For buyers, this creates a clear sustainability value proposition:

They are not simply purchasing a product.

They are purchasing a documented participation in a circular material transformation system.

Through AliveLoop, buyers can connect their procurement decisions with tangible sustainability outcomes, including waste diversion, use of waste-derived materials, reduced dependence on virgin plastic in selected applications, circular economy participation, and contribution to Sustainable Consumption and Production.

This makes AliveLoop especially relevant for companies seeking to strengthen ESG performance, sustainable procurement practices, supplier evaluation, circular economy claims, and sustainability communication with customers, investors, regulators, and stakeholders.

The Company recognizes that buyers increasingly need more than “green products.” They need credible, usable, and explainable sustainability evidence. AliveLoop is therefore designed to provide both the product and the pathway behind the product.

Sustainable Supply Chain Integration

AliveLoop integrates sustainability across the supply chain by connecting waste recovery, material innovation, manufacturing demand, buyer procurement, and impact communication into one practical circular economy system.

The platform is designed to solve a critical market gap: hard-to-recycle packaging waste often has no viable recovery pathway because there is insufficient demand for the recovered material. AliveLoop addresses this gap by creating industrial demand for difficult waste through Foilymer® material technology and durable product applications.

This creates a circular supply chain model in which waste is no longer treated as the end of the value chain, but as the beginning of a new material supply chain.

AliveLoop Sustainable Supply Chain Model

Waste Generators → Waste Collectors / Aggregators → AliveLoop Material Processing → Foilymer® Compounding → Industrial Manufacturing → Buyers → ESG and Impact Documentation

This model allows each participant in the value chain to create or receive sustainability value.

Waste generators gain a pathway for difficult waste recovery.

Collectors and aggregators gain additional value from materials that were previously low-value or commercially unattractive.

Manufacturers gain access to circular material alternatives that can be used in durable industrial products.

Buyers gain practical products supported by sustainability documentation.

End users and stakeholders gain confidence that circular economy claims are connected to real material transformation.

What Buyers Receive Through AliveLoop

For buyers, the value of AliveLoop is not limited to product substitution. It creates a broader sustainability and procurement advantage.

Need to align with SDGs and SCPAliveLoop supports SDG 9, SDG 11, SDG 12, SDG 13, and Sustainable Consumption and Production objectives

AliveLoop therefore enables buyers to move from passive sustainability messaging to active circular procurement.

The buyer is not only saying that sustainability matters. The buyer is using procurement power to pull difficult waste into a new industrial value chain.

This is the strategic importance of AliveLoop within sustainable supply chain integration. It transforms the buyer from a product purchaser into a participant in measurable circular economy implementation.

Buyer Impact Pathway

AliveLoop supports a buyer impact pathway that can be communicated as follows:

Procurement Decision → Foilymer®-based Product → Waste-Derived Material Use → Circular Economy Participation → ESG Documentation

This pathway helps buyers explain how their purchasing decision contributes to practical sustainability outcomes. It also strengthens the connection between procurement, operations, ESG reporting, and corporate sustainability strategy.

In many sustainability programs, procurement is treated as an administrative function. AliveLoop repositions procurement as a direct mechanism for circular economy impact.

Through the purchase of Foilymer®-based products, buyers can support:

recovery of hard-to-recycle packaging waste,
industrial use of waste-derived materials,
reduction of landfill and incineration pressure,
resource efficiency,
sustainable procurement,
and measurable participation in Sustainable Consumption and Production.

Responsible Claims and Documentation

S N Service Solutions Public Company Limited recognizes that buyer confidence depends on responsible impact communication.

AliveLoop therefore supports documentation that may include product purchase records, material utilization information, waste-derived content description, estimated waste diversion contribution, product application details, and sustainability alignment summaries.

The purpose of this documentation is to help buyers communicate their contribution responsibly. AliveLoop does not seek to create exaggerated or unsupported environmental claims. Instead, the platform is designed to help buyers explain their circular economy participation in a way that is practical, proportionate, and connected to operational evidence.

This strengthens buyer confidence and reduces uncertainty around sustainable material adoption.

Strategic Supply Chain Value

AliveLoop creates value because it connects three systems that are often separated:

waste management,
industrial manufacturing,
and sustainable procurement.

By connecting these systems, AliveLoop enables buyers to turn ordinary industrial purchasing into a measurable sustainability action.

The result is a supply chain model where difficult waste becomes material value, material value becomes durable product, and durable product becomes documented sustainability impact.

Through this model, S N Service Solutions Public Company Limited positions AliveLoop as a practical circular economy platform that helps buyers, manufacturers, and supply chains move from sustainability intention to measurable implementation.
