Ms. Pavaputanont na Mahasarakam is a senior executive and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience in youth development, education, and knowledge translation, with a distinctive ability to bridge research, communication, and real-world implementation. Her work focuses on transforming academic and scientific knowledge into scalable societal outcomes that enhance the capacity, resilience, and well-being of young people.
She is widely recognised for her leadership in designing and advancing system-level youth development frameworks, integrating educational research, psychological guidance, and strategic communication to support holistic youth growth. Her approach enables the development of youth not only in terms of academic performance, but also in cognitive resilience, emotional well-being, and adaptive capacity for future societal and economic challenges.
As Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor of the Naenow Youth Development Initiative, Ms. Pavaputanont na Mahasarakam has led the development of research-informed youth guidance systems that operate at scale, supported by national-level funding mechanisms.
