Mr. Thantakorn Nanakorn is an entrepreneur and agricultural trade specialist with hands-on expertise spanning the full agricultural value chain—from primary production, sourcing and aggregation to processing, quality assurance, logistics, trade finance, and international market execution. His professional experience is particularly focused on connecting Thai agricultural products and producers with buyers in China and regional markets.
A defining strength of Mr. Nanakorn’s professional background is his ability to connect livestock and food-processing operations with the requirements of international trade. From 2015 to 2022, he led poultry-processing and meat-distribution operations serving wholesale and retail markets, with responsibilities covering financial management, cost efficiency, pricing, quality control, and operational profitability. His work also involved compliance with Halal, food-safety, and export standards, providing him with practical understanding of the production, processing, quality, and market requirements that determine the competitiveness of livestock and agricultural products.
As Founder and Managing Director of Siam Farm Network Co., Ltd., Mr. Nanakorn has developed an agricultural trading platform connecting farmers, cooperatives, processors, logistics providers, and international buyers. His responsibilities encompass the end-to-end execution of cross-border agricultural trade, including sourcing, quality control, logistics, export documentation, buyer management, trade finance, and payment structuring.
This combination of production knowledge and international trade experience is particularly relevant to strengthening the export readiness of Thailand’s livestock and agricultural sectors. In an increasingly demanding global marketplace, competitiveness depends not only on production capacity, but also on the ability to integrate product quality, compliance, supply continuity, logistics, financial arrangements, risk management, and buyer requirements within a coherent value-chain system.
