Advisory Board – Distinguished Expert in Sustainable Public Sector Systems Design
The Secretariat hereby formally announces the appointment of Dr. Sorasak Chaisathapol as Advisory Board Member – Distinguished Expert in Sustainable Public Sector Systems Design, entrusted with supporting the institution in strengthening systemic collaboration between public-sector institutions, innovation ecosystems, and sustainable enterprise development frameworks.
Dr. Chaisathapol is widely recognised for his expertise in designing innovation and governance systems within public-sector and state-linked institutions. His work demonstrates a strong capability in translating strategic policy and organisational mandates into operational frameworks, institutional mechanisms, and ecosystem-based models that enhance performance and accountability.
His professional experience includes leading and advising on innovation and process-improvement initiatives within national financial institutions, contributing to innovation portfolio design for major public utilities and industrial authorities, and supporting the development of strategic frameworks for national technology and infrastructure systems. He has also played a key role in structuring core business enablers, stakeholder data systems, and eco-efficiency frameworks for public agencies, ensuring alignment between governance structures, operational processes, and long-term sustainability objectives.
Through these engagements, Dr. Chaisathapol has demonstrated a consistent ability to connect innovation strategy, governance design, and enterprise development into integrated public-sector systems. His work emphasises institutional coherence, evidence-based decision-making, and scalable ecosystem design—ensuring that innovation functions not as isolated projects but as embedded components of organisational and national development frameworks.
His contribution to the Advisory Board will support the institution in strengthening its capacity to design sustainable public-sector systems that integrate governance, technology, and enterprise development within coherent and implementation-ready structures.
